Terry L. Ozbun, M.A., R.P.A.

Senior Archaeologist and Lithic Technology Specialist

Terry L. Ozbun has been with AINW since 1994. As a 30-year veteran flintknapper and lithic technology specialist, Terry has participated in hundreds of lithic analyses, lithic technology workshops, flintknapping demonstrations, and educational programs. In 1992, Terry and four other American flintknappers/archaeologists met with European counterparts in France to share lithic technological information in commemoration of the historic meeting between Don Crabtree and Francois Bordes in 1964. In 1991 and 1993, Terry traveled to Mexico to consult on obsidian quarries in Michoacán and obsidian blade production at Xochicalco. In 2000, Terry participated in a Danish Neolithic Dagger workshop taught by Errett Callahan.
