AINW provides a positive, enjoyable, and professionally rewarding work environment. AINW also is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for its clients and for all of the stakeholders associated with every project. To achieve this, AINW approaches all projects with a team perspective where each member is accountable for the group’s success. In that spirit, employees are challenged to do their best work, to support the team, and to maintain a collegial approach.
AINW is serious about our employee safety. We conduct safety meetings for crews headed into the field. AINW also provides first aid and AED training to regular employees. We want all employees to be safety minded because our goal is to keep accidents and injuries at a minimum. When accidents do happen, we evaluate the situation, identify the root causes, and analyze the findings so we may take corrective action.
In addition to maintaining a safe workplace, AINW promotes a drug-free workplace. We participate in the federal e-verify program and we conduct criminal background checks and drug screens on new employees.
